City council to make final decision on ASML expansion tonight

Will the Eindhoven city council press the growth button or hit the brakes on Tuesday evening? For the very last time, the city council of Eindhoven can vote on the expansion plans of chip machine manufacturer ASML. A 'yes' vote will press the 'growth button' for the region, according to council members. The council now has to vote on, among other things, the changes of the zoning plan.

Motion in city council about student housing shortage

GroenLinks, Volt and PvdA drafted a motion on student housing that was discussed in the council meeting on Tuesday, December 20. The motion was embraced by the responsible alderman Mieke Verhees.
